What we do

A hybrid receptionist. An AI voice agent answers instantly, in the company's name, and handles the routine call properly: qualifies the job type and urgency, quotes from the company's price book where the job is standard, checks real crew availability and books it, captures address and access details, and texts a confirmation. Genuinely unusual calls, and any caller who asks for a person, transfer to a trained human receptionist who knows the trade, not to voicemail. Emergency calls follow a defined escalation to the on-call number.
