Method: calls a month = calls a week over a year, divided by twelve months. Jobs lost = missed calls x the share that were jobs x the share of those callers who book someone else. Revenue lost = jobs lost x average job value. Jobs that cover the plan = plan price / average job value. Every input is your own estimate, so the result is only as good as they are.
